The Payment Plan for CSA Subscriptions is called Pre-paid Credit on Account.
Payment for Shares is In-Advance.
An initial auto-payment amount is selected and made during the Sign-up process: initial amounts range from $150 to $2000. Amounts of $500 and above receive a non-refundable bonus credit; for example, if $1000 is paid the total credit balance on account will be $1030. When you receive a Share, the total value of your order is deducted from the credit balance.
Auto-Payments process the day after an order makes your balance go below zero. Recurring payment amounts of $500 and above continue to receive the bonus credit.
If you are making manual, one-time payments, it is your responsibility to track your balance and make a payment before it goes negative. Otherwise, your subscription may be put on hold without further notice.
Auto-payment methods are: ACH/Electronic Check* or Credit/Debit Card (VISA, MC, DISC, AMX). Payment methods for manual, one-time payments include PayPal and Paper Check.* (*please see our Returned Check Policies)
Email notifications are sent when an account balance goes below $50 and $10, usually a week or two prior to the auto-payment being made, so please check your emails from the Farm on a regular basis.
If you want to change the amount or method of your recurring auto-payment, you can make changes to saved details before the next auto-payment is processed using the blue Manage Payments button in your online account.
