Ingredients:
12 ounces turnips, peeled
2 scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon sweetener
sea salt
2 tablespoons horseradish cream
2 teaspoons caraway seeds
Directions:
1. Shred or grate the turnips.
2. Add the scallions, sweetener, and salt, then rub together with your hands to soften the turnips.
3. Fold in the horseradish cream and caraway seeds.
