Ingredients:
3 carrots, coarsely shredded
2 cups radishes, coarsely shredded
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions:
1. Combine carrot, radish, green onions, and parsley in a salad bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients until well blended. Toss with radish mixture and season with salt and pepper.
